- STRENGTH TRAINING:
Through the Ignite360 training methodology, each workout is tailored to the needs of the athlete, through evaluation, training and purposeful progressions.
- ON-ICE HOCKEY TRAINING:
The focus of on ice lessons is the development of the entire hockey player. We will cover everything from skating, shooting, stick handling, and even body contact. - OFF-ICE SKILLS CLINICS:
Each player will learn how to handle the puck through detail instruction, repetition and a variety of drills. This gives the players the ability to step away from the ice and still work on their game. in the off-season. These monthly clinics will be capped at 10 players making coaching and attention to detail paramount to their success.
